After Sales contract , is a different contract for the yearly maintenance and some of spare parts are also provided free of cost and after one year has passed the spares will also be charged if they need replacement . As 1 year free Guarantee is included from the company when bought . The maintenance includes software's replacement of the computer and new version installing , any faulty parts changed , and compressors filter and oil changed and silicon rubber seals changed and also all chamber is taken apart cleaned and inspected by the Engineers and also tested by running it on full pressures

Just like the Multi place chamber , the Mono place Hbot chamber also has a AIR pressure and compression system , as AIR has 21 % oxygen only and rest is Nitorgen 78% an inert gas That does not take part in combustion or explosion , and hence safer then Oxygen which is highly combustible . However the Air compression Monoplace chamber is more expensive than the Oxygen compression system in price . In the Air compression Monoplace HBOt chamber oxygen mask or oxygen helmet is used to deliver the oxygen to the patient under taking the treatment .

A: Lack of Safety Features: The Hard Mono Place HBOT chambers dont have as following:
- Lack of Fire Suppression system and Fire and explosion there is no safety system that can Extinguish the fire and save the life of patient like Sprinkler system.
- Lack of Escape features , the chamber lacks the Escape Mechanism in case of Emergency and no Features exist that can open the chamber from inside in case of Emergency except the Zipper that can be opened from inside .
- Highly Dangerous and prone to Fires and Most of Fires reported are in Flexible chambers
B: Oxygen is Used for both Compression and also Consumption Directly.
- 100% Oxygen is used via the compressor System In Pure Oxygen Mono Place Chambers attached to the Oxygen Cylinder that can lead to Fire Hazard as Oxygen is Inflammable gas .
- In Quality Mono Place HBOT Chambers using Air Compression System it is a lot Safer that has only 21% Oxygen in the Compression System as Air that has 72 % Inert Nitrogen Gas in it that has less Chance of Combustion and Catching Fire.
- Oxygen can escape from from the Defective Seals who are not Maintained and Replaced every Year at least as it is prone to Wear and Tears , Leading to accidents
C: Patient Discomfort in Manual Mono Place HBOT Chambers.
- Lack of Air- conditioning is very big Factor and as Gas is Compressed and Molecules come together of Gas inside of chamber it cause Heating up of Inside of Chamber and in Summers and Hot Weather it is like sitting in a Oven . Hot Environment inside of Session leading to Excessive sweating and Dehydration of patients as Patient has to be for one hour to 2 Hours at Least inside of HBOT chambers .
- For Controlling the Hot Environment Air-conditioning is Required outside of Flexible chamber and if not Adequate can lead to Patients especially children to Abandon the Treatment .
- In Case of Air-conditioning not Maintaining a Certain level of humidity Outside of Flexible chamber can lead to formation of condensation inside and outside of chamber and Leaking water etc from Compressor and Piping and lot of humidity inside of chamber .
D: Attendant and Medical Nurse requirement Issues :
- Attendant has to go Inside of Mono Place for the Children as they cant be Alone inside of Chamber as they feel Suffocated and Terrified and Claustrophobia can be an issue with Children as well as Adults .
- Medical Nurse cannot be inside of Chamber and has to be outside on Controls and he cannot intervene in case of Emergencies inside of Mono Place Chamber .
- The Patients who Need constant care and are Aggressive and Children are not Suitable for Mono Place HBOT Chamber.
- Not Really Comfortable inside of Mono place as compared to Multi place Chamber .
E: Emergency Situation :
- In case of Emergency the Mono Place HBOT chamber has safety Issues as it cant be Opened from Inside in case of Fire by the Patients and the Multi Place can be Opened from Inside by Manual Control .
- Cannot be Used for Diving Medical Emergencies as it is a medical Chamber and not Diving Chamber , Most people think they can use Medical Chambers for Diving Emergencies which is is a Fallacy and wrong Assumption as they are different Breed of Machines .
- Has no Fire Suppression System (FSS ) , Inside of Mono Place HBOT Chamber .
- Medical HBOT Nurse is Outside and he cannot Give Immediate Help in case of Medical Emergencies like Pulmonary Collapse , Heart Attack , or Convulsions etc and even Panic Attacks and Claustrophobic attacks etc and has to resort to Decompression to open up and then treat the Patient .
